God Certainly spoke to me tonight through the safe meeting it was a very good meeting . Tonight's lesson was on carrying anger and how it causes so many things to go wrong in our lives as well as those around us .Not only causing stress but physical as well as emotional problems and keeps us from God's forgiveness in our own lives . I thank God that he sent Jesus Christ to die and shed his blood for my sins . Isn't it a blessing to know as a Christian you can give it all to Jesus ?

I agree with you Joe the meeting was very good. It is amazing how the Lord can spea to you, even when you think things are going could He will still show you room for improvement.
